How can I find the status of a current job?Log in to your account, Click on Pending tab from the menu bar, Scroll through the list to find the job you want status on & click on it, Scroll down to Status Updates. Still can't find the answer? Send a quick email with your work order number to info@swiftlegal.com

How do I update my Credit Card, or ACH checkings or savings details?We have created 3 different guides to walk you through the process: a step-by-step click thru, a short video & a downloadable .pdf, which can all be found on our Payments & Pricing page. For security & privacy reasons, Swift staff are unable to complete this for you.

I want to set up ACH payments, but it only gives me the option to "Request ACH".Linking your Swift Legal account to your Checking or Savings account is no problem! Just give us a call on 650 364 9612, press 5 for Support & we'll get your account setup in no time at all!

How can I access past invoices?You can find copies of all invoices in your Swift Legal administrator account. Simply log into your account, and in the list of icons on the left hand side, the final icon is Reports. Opening this tab will give you direct access to past invoices, fees & order summaries. Can I upload from Google Drive/OneDrive/DropBox etc?At this stage, you can only upload files into work orders that are saved on your computer OR if you have a NetDocuments, iManage or Clio accounts that are linked to your Swift Legal account.

Is the Swift portal hard to use?No! We tasked our IT team to make it as user friendly and consistent as possible, no matter what type of work order you're requesting or the county it's for. Once you place an order or two, you'll see just how easy it is!

I'm trying to log in but nothing is happening...This is commonly caused by your browser Pop-up Blocker. Check the below on how to allow for your browser: For Chrome: At the top right, click "More" (the 3 dots), then click "Settings". Under "Privacy and security", click Site settings. Click Pop-ups and redirects. At the top, turn the setting to Allowed or Blocked. For Safari: In the top left corner, click "SafarI" & select "Preferences". In the window, click on "Websites". Next to the Swift website, click the drop down and change the option to "Allow". Close the Preferences window & refresh the website. If you continue to have issues logging in, please contact us on (650) 364 9612 & we'll happily troubleshoot with you.

Do I get Conformed Copies of my physical filing?Yes! We leave special Swift tags with all physical filings, so that once they're Filed, our Runners collect the Conformed copies and scan back to you. All scanned documents are loaded against their original Work Order number, and are made available via automated email link and your portal login. You can also request we leave a stamped self address envelope instead to mail directly back to you. Just let us know when you're placing your order.

I have a question about TrademarksUnfortunately, that's not us. There is another company of the same name based in Houston (we're in California).

It says it's going to charge me straight away!?When you submit your work order request, it puts a temporary hold for the amount of the work order on your credit card, similar to what happens at a hotel or car rental. Then, once we complete the assignment, only then you're actually charged. If the request is cancelled or any other reason the assignment isn't completed, the hold gets released.
